About

Welcome to Vinelife’s student blog!

The main purpose of Students @ Vinelife is to resource and encourage you as you journey with God. It’s a mixture of our own in-house materials and great stuff we’ve found elsewhere on the internet. Make sure you’re checking back regularly!

So what can you expect to find on the blog at the moment?…

  • Articles.

We believe that God is always speaking to us and so we’ll be sharing what we’ve heard. Whether it’s reflections on a Bible passage or just some commentary on everyday life we hope that you’ll be encouraged and built-up in some way.

  • ‘Survive: Your Guide To Student Life’

Vinelife’s very own Student Survival Handbook is now available electronically. Navigate through the various chapters using the sidebar -> and you can access all the best bits of the booklet which have been archive on the site.

  • Recommendations.

Various members of the Vinelife team will be reviewing their favourite books, albums, and other resources in order to give you some suggestions for things you might want to check out. We also have our ‘Website of the Week’ feature which, unsurprisingly, points you in the direction of some of our favourite places on the web. And if you have any suggestions of your own – please let us know and we’ll post them up!

  • Testimonies.

We want to hear from you! Developing a culture of testimony is vital for any body of believers (check out Revelation 12:11) and we hope the blog can help form that. But the best place for you to go for all your testimony goodness is the Vinelife Prayer Blog.

  • Links

Make sure you check out both the sidebar (->) and the Links Archive page. The sidebar contains everything you need to keep you up to date with Vinelife: podcasts from the morning service and reach, twitter feeds and some our favourite pages for starters. Then the Links Archive has a list of anything we’ve linked to at any point in the blog – all in one place. How very useful.

  • Much more besides…

who knows what else to expect once the creative juices really start flowing?
